Mplus Elevates Leadership Through Cultural Intelligence Workshop

Zagreb, Croatia, March 7th, 2025 – Recognizing the critical role of workplace culture in driving performance, innovation, and engagement, Mplus has launched Elevate 2.0, a tailored leadership program designed to empower senior leaders.

As part of this initiative, Mplus hosted the Elevate 2.0 Culture Workshop, powered by insights from The Culture Map by Erin Meyer. The two-day event, held in Zagreb, brought together over 40 senior leaders from Mplus companies to explore, define, and strengthen the organization’s workplace culture.

Led by global facilitator and cultural expert Simone Eva Redrupp, the workshop provided an interactive platform for participants to develop cultural agility, refine leadership approaches, and build strategies for fostering trust and collaboration across diverse teams.

A Deep Dive into Culture and Leadership

The workshop focused on key themes such as cultural agility, work styles, and leadership differences in a multinational environment. Through real-life case studies, storytelling, and experiential learning, leaders examined how cultural perceptions shape communication, leadership styles, and decision-making.

Bruna Kostelac Košir, Chief People Officer at Mplus, highlighted the significance of this initiative: “Understanding culture is not just an intellectual exercise—it’s the foundation for stronger leadership and meaningful collaboration. Through Elevate 2.0, we are equipping our leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of a global organization with confidence.”

Key Outcomes and Next Steps

The workshop empowered participants in multiple ways:

  • Cultural Awareness & Agility – Strengthening leaders' ability to navigate cultural differences and foster an inclusive, globally connected workplace.

  • A Shared Language – Establishing a structured framework for discussing work styles and aligning leadership behaviors.

  • Collaboration & Empathy – Building trust, openness, and curiosity to enhance teamwork across geographically diverse teams.

  • Practical Strategies – Providing actionable insights to improve communication, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness in a global setting.

The response from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many describing the experience as insightful, engaging, and transformative. Leaders left the workshop with a deeper understanding of cultural intelligence and a commitment to shaping the future of Mplus culture.

As a next step, Mplus is preparing to launch the Mplus Culture Deck and the Culture Ambassadors program, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a Culture Inspired by People.
