November 12th, 2024, Zagreb, Croatia – Tomislav Glavaš, CEO of Mplus and Board Member of BOSQAR d.d., has been acknowledged with the 2024 Manager of the Year award by MBA Croatia, in recognition of his leadership in fostering a forward-thinking, resilient work culture.

Each year, the MBA Croatia awards celebrate leaders who exemplify innovation, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.  

This year, Glavaš was honored for developing a work culture that emphasizes growth, adaptability, and strategic foresight.  

“The history of Mplus is a testament to the core traits of success—perseverance and courage,” Mplus's CEO said during the ceremony.  

“Perseverance is not only essential; it is the foundation that increases the likelihood of success and enables managers to mature and become resilient in the face of all challenges. Equally important, however, is courage – a quality today’s entrepreneurs in Croatia need to embrace in full. 

“We have skilled and talented people, and now, following the example set by Mplus, it's time to boldly expand into international markets through growth and acquisitions. Only by doing so can we create the future we deserve,” he said.
